DREAMBIG100 Is a Louisiana based athletic organization
DreamBig's mission is to educate empower and inspire while mentoring our players to their next level. We strengthen the community by utilizing the game of basketball through athletic training, camps, tournaments, and events. Since its inception in 2012, our organization has consistently produced positive and athletic family-friendly activities for Ascension Parish and surrounding areas.
Becoming a part of our AAU team is a unique opportunity for students to enhance their chances of playing at the collegiate level. We teach our players how to develop the mindset needed to be a champion on and off the court while traveling across the country doing what they love...playing basketball.

Our Founder and
Head Coach
The organization was founded by former Pro-athlete and Tulane University Graduate, Delacey Joseph McKinney who is a girls' high school basketball coach in St. James Parish. Joseph’s strong love of basketball and passion for youth and community are evident in every aspect of how this organization is run. We operate in excellence in all that we do because excellence is the new normal, “says the founder Ms. Joseph.

From our youth camps and clinics to our annual non-violent unisex weekend basketball tournament, we are constantly striving to create engaging and impactful events that bring people together and help young people develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life.
